Anthony Bourdain In Big Sky Country
It last but not least occurred. For the initially time in above a year residing in Asia, I acquired a bit homesick. Danggit, Anthony Bourdain, if you just weren’t so good at what you do!
The new episode of “No Reservations” on the Travel Channel visited Livingston, Montana aired not long ago. It is a modest town no a lot more than one hundred miles of where I call property. As typical, Mr. Bourdain did a brilliant task of (would “tele-anthropology” be the appropriate phrase?) exploring the area culture and cuisine, spotlighting persons and their inspirations, as well as the troubles and pleasures of their postcard image surroundings. The “wild west” looks to be gracefully evolving, with a continued sense of rugged character, which drew me there in the 1st place.
Please excuse my sentimentality I think it is time to go contact my mom.
